OUR PROGRAM VALUESA program that's designed to be fun and for your child to make new friends! We aim for our program to be a great introduction to the sport of cheerleading, inclusive to all participants, and a lot of fun! We provide recreational cheerleading for approximately 150 incoming kindergarteners to 6th grade students. We teach traditional collegiate style cheers that our community's cheerleaders use at Upper Arlington High School as well as Jones and Hastings Middle School. We offer quality instruction from volunteer UAHS high school cheerleaders and have a practice/game schedule that is flexible to family's busy schedules. Our program is designed for beginner or intermediate cheerleaders. We collaborate with the Upper Arlington Youth Football program to cheer their grades 3-6th tackle games. UA Youth Football also offers flag football for grades K-2. |
FUN, FRIENDSHIP & POM POMS!
Approximately 240 cheerleaders divided in squads will cheer 8 games at Northam Park, UAHS Turf Fields, Grandview Heights HS, Whetstone HS, and UAHS Stadium.

COMMUNITY BUILDING
Join dozens of cheerleaders from your local neighborhood elementary and middle schools! Our program is open to any child (girls and boys) that reside in the Upper Arlington community. Schools within Upper Arlington's boundaries include:
6th graders from Hastings Middle School, Jones Middle School, or other schools, are welcomed in Upper Arlington Youth Cheerleading (Upper Arlington Schools offers cheerleading at school to 7th grade and above) |
CONTINUINING TRADITIONS
Upper Arlington Youth Cheerleading began it's humble beginnings as "Upper Arlington Golden Cubettes." Many community members and current cheer parents remember being a Cubette in the late '70s and '80s. We would love to hear your stories of Cubettes!
